Project Overview
This repair required field-level electrical troubleshooting and precision installation to address a failed chassis harness that had taken the drill out of production. Due to the size and location of the equipment, completing the work on site was critical to minimizing downtime and avoiding transport delays.
James Barker (“Buddy”) performed the repair, replacing the damaged harness, securing routing and connections, and verifying proper system operation before releasing the drill back to the customer.
Scope of Work
- Diagnosed electrical issues related to chassis harness failure
- Removed and replaced damaged chassis harness
- Secured and routed wiring to OEM standards
- Verified electrical functionality and system operation
- Returned drill to production following successful testing
