PC4000 Bucket Rebuild
The JP Tech team handled a full bucket rebuild on a Komatsu PC4000, coordinating removal, transport, repair, and reinstallation to get the machine back to work ahead of the holidays.

Project Overview
The bucket was pulled on site, hauled to our West Virginia shop for repair and rebuild, then transported back and reinstalled. Our crews worked through the weekend to minimize downtime and return the unit to production as quickly as possible.
This project required close coordination between our heavy haul, welding, and field service teams — a straightforward execution of what JP Tech is built to do.
