The JP Tech team completed on-site hydraulic and pump drive work on an RTDrill 55, supporting active production by removing failed components for rebuild and preparing the machine for quick return to service.

Brody and James Barker (“Buddy”) worked on-site to diagnose hydraulic and pump drive issues on the RTDrill 55. The gearbox and two pumps were pulled in the field and transported back to the shop for rebuilding.
Scope of Work
- Diagnosed hydraulic and pump drive issues
- Removed gearbox and two hydraulic pumps in the field
- Transported components back to shop for rebuild
- Coordinated installation of spare gearbox and pumps
