JP Tech mobilized field crews, boom trucks, and service support to install a new set of tracks on a CAT D10 dozer at Coronado Coal.
The work involved precise handling and assembly of heavy undercarriage components, including track chain, pads, and hardware, followed by final alignment and tension adjustment.
Work performed:
- Delivery and staging of new track assemblies
- Lifting and handling with boom truck
- On-site installation and assembly
- Track alignment, tensioning, and inspection
- Support from JP Tech field service truck
The job was completed safely, efficiently, and without production disruption, helping the mine get a critical piece of equipment back into service quickly.
